We don’t serve reheated, food-like dishes— we serve authentic, nourishing, café cuisine (without the Paris price tag!) Our coffee comes from a roaster right here in Alberta, who purchases coffee from farms that practice traditional cultivation methods. These small-scale, old-world farming methods support long-standing farming families from around the world, meaning our coffee is as ethically sourced as it comes. And to sweeten the deal, all of our sweetners are made with real cane-sugar.
